The gorge is located about 60 kilometers north of LiJiang in YunNan province.

South east China. XiaMen was one of the first four 'special economic zones' when China began economic liberalization in the early 1980s (just 30 years ago). The traditional round houses of the Hakka ethnic minority, called TuLou (土楼), provided a measure of security and were like a small village inside.

60 kilometers north of LiJiang in south west China. The gorge is about 15 kilometers long and passes the 5,600m high Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

From "Charcoal Roasted Matsutake" to "Matsutake Chicken Soup" to "Matsutake Wine" ... I made these dishes with the utmost devout ritual using this most precious ingredient!"
