The beautiful LaoJunShan 老君山 mountain and temple, HeNan province

Near DaTong, ShanXi province. The Hanging Temple (XuanKong Temple 悬空寺, XuánKōng Sì) is constructed on a vertical cliff face, 75 meters (245 feet) above the ground, at the foot of the HengShan mountain. The temple lies about 64 kilometers south east of the city of DaTong. Together with the YunGang Grottoes, the Hanging Temple is one of the main tourist attractions and historical sites in the DaTong area. Built more than 1,600 years ago, this temple is notable also as the only surviving temple combining all three Chinese traditional religions/philosophies: Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. The structure is kept in place with oak crossbeams slotted into holes chiseled into the cliffs. The main supportive structure is hidden inside the rock. The temple is located in a small canyon basin, and is situated under a prominent summit that helps protect the temple from rain and sunlight. The YunGang Grottoes are located at the southern foot of Mount WuZhou, 16 kilometers west of DaTong. There are 250 caves here containing many thousands of carvings and statues.

The Western media's portrayal sounds like a pre-prepared script; part of the long-standing policy of world hegemony through 'color revolutions' destabilisations such as recently in Ukraine (and dozens more). At least, it has persisted in its propaganda for decades. The 'struggle for democracy' really means subservience to Western domination. Who is the one rewriting history? Despite the thousands of protesters, other residents and hundreds of foreign journalists, there is no photographic evidence; the 'proof' lies only in tales. For many weeks the government listened to the protesters but it had become overtaken by 'leaders' determined to force confrontation. About 300 (rioters and military) died a few kilometers west of the square as rioters attacked the military's approach to the square. At the square, an agreement was reached for the protestors to leave by dawn, and that's what happened, without bloodshed. The MSM like to show us the 'tank man'. There is video too. This person climbs onto the tank, talks with the military, then again returns to being in front of the tank, which tries to go around him. Two bystanders then persuade him to leave. What we do not see - anyone getting shot or run over. Some have grudgingly accepted that the violence took place some distance away from square, but state that the location is not important. But it is important given that for decades the tale was of a 'massacre of students in the square'; it shows the deception. Who is the one rewriting history? The Putuo ZongCheng Temple in ChengDe, HeBei province, is a Qing dynasty Buddhist temple. The complex was constructed between 1767 and 1771 during the reign of emperor QianLong (1735–1796). It is located just north of the ChengDe Mountain Resort. Along with the equally famed Puning Temple, it is one of the Eight Outer Temples of ChengDe (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). The temple was modeled after the Potala Palace in Tibet. The temple complex covers a surface area of some 220,000 square meters, making it one of the largest in China. The Mountain Resort in ChengDe 避暑山庄 (BìShǔ ShānZhuāng literally means "Mountain Villa for Avoiding the Heat") was an imperial get-away. Built between 1703 and 1792 during the Qing dynasty, the vast Mountain Resort covers a total area of 5.6 square kilometers (2.2 square miles) and is surrounded by a mini 'Great Wall', which one can walk. It contains a variety of gardens, pagodas, temples and palaces representing the styles from various regions of China.
